At The Haven, we believe that listening to learners, families and staff is essential to continuous improvement. Feedback helps us shape our provision, strengthen relationships and ensure our school remains responsive, inclusive and learner‑centred.

Staff said: Learning should feel more relevant to real life
We:
- Increased opportunities for community-based learning, including local visits linked to independence, communication and life skills
- Embedded real‑life contexts across the curriculum, such as money handling, travel skills and problem-solving
- Introduced access to Agored Cymru qualifications to recognise achievement and support future pathways
