We recognise that what separates our organisation from others is our understanding and specialist approaches to autism.
We see our staff team as our most valuable resource and, therefore, have a commitment to staff development, providing opportunities and training to enhance their knowledge, skills and understanding enabling them to grow to their full potential, and support learners more effectively.
Our mission for our pupils to leave us with the skills, knowledge and understanding they need to be successful adults with autism.

Our team further comprises teachers, HLTA and Teaching Assistants, with support from the wider organisation on all aspects of our specialist education provision.
